Another fashion shop with very similar stuff on display. However, I suppose we can’t complain too much, at least it hasn’t been bought over and turned into an ‘online’ shop.

Absolutely appalled by staff today in the shop, I was in store with my family purchasing a dress for an occasion. Two members of staff, male and female stood watching me as I shopped and it made me very uncomfortable and they made it very obvious they were watching me and talking about me. I said to my partner am I being ridiculous or are am I being watched ? For my partner to respond that I was indeed not being ridiculous, as he noticed it too. I was so upset as I was about to spend alot of money but I put my items back and left the shop. Never in my life have I ever been made to feel this way in a store but I definitely will not be back and they lost a sale today due to this. Also put a complaint in to head office regarding this.

Security man at front door is a true gentleman. I have difficulty going downstairs. He cheerfully escorted me to the lift & made sure I knew how to access coming back up again - especially with my purchases.

Clothes were lovely and good quality however
the changing rooms are disgraceful and the shop is riddled with rude staff who have no problem giving dirty looks and eye rolls.
I’m not a fussy customer at all, working in retail myself. Going into a changing room with 4 items, buying one and asking her where I should put the other 3. She briskly grabbed them off me, shook her head and huffed.
Clothing is often beautiful from here but I dont go here often. The sizes are okay. For someone who struggles to find anything for my size (it can vary from a 14-20 due to health problems) but for bigger people in general it can be nice to find clothing that is a 16 and fits nicely without it being called plus size. Prices are a little expensive like 60 pound for almost any jacket but quality kind of makes up for it I guess for some it can be a hit or a miss as it's very one type of fashion
Good, it might be helpful to put up a note advising where collections to be picked up. That will save people standing in long queues at cash desk to be told collections is somewhere else. Other than that no complaints S Jamieson
